Steps to Install PivotX

Log in to cPanel.

Navigate to the Softaculous Apps Installer section.

Search for PivotX.
-
In the Softaculous dashboard, type PivotX in the search box.

Or browse under Blogs → PivotX.

Click Install.

The installation page will open.

Choose Protocol.

Select
https://orhttps://wwwif your site has an SSL certificate. -
Select
http://orhttp://wwwif SSL is not installed.

Choose Domain.

Select the domain where PivotX will be installed.

Set Directory.

Leave blank if you want PivotX installed at the root (e.g.,
example.com). -
Enter a folder name (e.g.,
blog) if you want PivotX installed atexample.com/blog.

Configure Site Settings.

Site Name → Enter the title of your blog.

Admin Username → Choose a unique username.

Admin Password → Use a strong password (Softaculous provides a strength meter).

Admin Email → Enter the administrator’s email address.

Select Language.
-
Choose the default language for PivotX.

Advanced Options (Optional).

Set database name and table prefix (if using MySQL).

Configure automated backups and rotation.

Enable email notifications for updates.

Install.
-
Review settings and click Install.

Wait for confirmation. Softaculous will display the PivotX login URL (e.g.,
example.com/pivotx).
