WebHost Manager (WHM) allows resellers, VPS, and dedicated server administrators to control how much bandwidth and disk space each hosting account can use. This ensures fair resource distribution and prevents accounts from overloading the server.

Managing Bandwidth Usage

Log in to WHM.

In the search box (top left), type account.

Click Limit Bandwidth Usage.

Select the account you want to modify.

Enter the maximum bandwidth allowed (in MB).

Alternatively, select Unlimited to remove restrictions.

Click Change.
WHM checks bandwidth limits once per day.
Managing Disk Usage

Log in to WHM.
-
In the search box, type quota.

Click Quota Modification.

Select the account you want to modify.

Enter the maximum disk space allowed (in MB).

Alternatively, select Unlimited to remove restrictions.

Click Save.
Monitoring Usage

Use View Bandwidth Usage in WHM to see per‑account and total bandwidth consumption.

Use List Accounts to view disk quotas and usage.

Regularly review accounts to prevent overuse and plan upgrades.
