Steps to Publish with WebSite X5

  1. Open Your Project

    • Launch WebSite X5 and open the website project you want to publish.

  2. Start Export Process

    • Click Analyse and Export.

    • Select Upload the Website to Internet.

  3. Configure Server Settings

    • Server Type: Select SFTP – SSH File Transfer Protocol.

    • FTP Address: Enter your Ruachost server name (or your domain if it already points to Ruachost).

    • Username: Your Ruachost/cPanel username.

    • Password: Your Ruachost/cPanel password.

    • (Optional) Check Save password if you want WebSite X5 to remember it.

  4. Set Destination Folder

    • Destination folder: public_html

    • Port: 22 (or your account’s custom SSH port, e.g., 7822).

  5. Choose Upload Mode

    • Select Upload all Website files to the Internet (recommended for first-time publishing).

  6. Connect and Upload

    • Click Next.

    • WebSite X5 connects to your Ruachost account.

    • Confirm the Path is set to public_html.

    • Click Start to begin uploading.

  7. Verify Your Site

    • Once upload completes, open your domain in a browser.

    • You should see your live website.
