This article explains how to find out which data center hosts your account.
When you first sign up for an account, you select the data center you want your account to use. It’s usually best to choose a data center closer to your site visitors for faster performance.
If you manage multiple accounts, you might forget which data center a particular account uses, or you may simply want to confirm it. Either way, determining this is simple.
To check which data center hosts your account, follow these steps:

Find your server name.

Check the first two letters of the server name.
These letters indicate the data center where your account is hosted:• az: USA – Arizona (West Coast)
Example:az1.ss100.ruachost.com
• mi: USA – Michigan (East Coast)
Example:mi3-ss21.ruachost.com
• nl: Europe – Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Example:nl1-ss9.ruachost.com
• sg: Asia – Singapore
Example:sg1-ls8.ruachost.com
