If your domain is not pointing to our servers (for example, your nameservers are not set to Ruachost), you won’t be able to use your domain URL to access Webmail. In that case, you can log in using your server hostname Webmail link:

Your server hostname is included in the welcome email you received when your hosting account was activated.
