Follow these six (6) simple steps to reset your WHMCS admin password:
- Access your cPanel by logging in.
- Navigate to the Databases section and select the phpMyAdmin menu.
- Within phpMyAdmin, locate the WHMCS database and identify the tbladmins table. Click on "Edit" next to the admin user for whom you want to reset the password.
- On the subsequent page, find the password column. Input the new password in the last field and opt for the MD5 hash option.
- In the passwordhash column, delete the existing value in the last field.
- After completing the changes, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Go" to finalize the password reset process.
