By default, OpenCart only saves invoices in plain HTML format. On ruachost.com, you can generate properly formatted PDF invoices by installing the Easy PDF Invoice extension.

Steps to Generate PDF Invoices in OpenCart
Step 1: Install the Easy PDF Invoice Extension

Create an account at OpenCart Marketplace.

Search for Easy PDF Invoice.

Download the extension package to your computer.
Step 2: Upload and Install the Extension

Log in to OpenCart Administrator.

On the dashboard, in the left sidebar, click Extensions → Installer.

Upload the Easy PDF Invoice extension file.

Wait for the installation to complete.
Step 3: Activate the Extension

In the left sidebar, click Extensions → Extensions.

From the dropdown, select Modules.

Locate Easy PDF Invoice in the list.

Click Install.
Step 4: Clear Modification Cache

In the left sidebar, click Extensions → Modifications.

Click the Refresh button to clear the cache.

This ensures the extension is fully activated.
Step 5: Generate PDF Invoices

Go to Sales → Orders in the dashboard.

Select an order and click View.

Click Print Invoice.

The invoice will now be generated in PDF format.

You can download or email the invoice to the customer.
